In order to achieve its policy in relation to the quality and environment, the management is going to conduct active and purposeful work in the following directions:

1. Provision of priority of quality and correspondence of the product to the clients’ requirements and the standardization requirements;
2. Provision of priority of the environment in the activity of all divisions of the company and placing the quality and the environment in the basis of all market and functional strategies and plans;
3. Continuous increasing the technical reliability of the equipment and facilities and improving the technological processes and observing the sanitary and hygiene standards;
4. Creation of a new way of thinking and regard to the work of each member of the company, which should motivate him/her to achieve personal and collective quality during the execution of the activities;
5. Continuous increasing of qualification and motivation of the personnel for high quality work;
6. Setting the rights, obligations and interactions of each unit and each member of the team for execution of the company’s activity;
7. Development and improvement of mutually profitable relationships and cooperation with all our clients and suppliers;
8. Provision and demonstration before our clients, and before ourselves of continuous improvement of the quality and environment;
9. Periodic analysis and assessment of the achieved results from the increasing of quality and environment and systematic control for the execution of the assigned tasks. Seeking of personal responsibility;
10. Setting the measurable goals on the quality and environment for each year and development of a separate program for reaching of goals on the quality and environment, which is being reviewed and accepted at a Management meeting in the beginning of the year, which is reviewed and explained to the entire personnel;
11. The necessary resources for the effective functioning of the Quality Management System (QMS) complying with БДС EN ISO 9001:2008 will be provided for implementing this policy;
12. Meanwhile, the company’s management will require all managers, specialists and workers to demonstrate professionalism, labor discipline and responsibility, to be well acquainted with the quality management system, to strictly observe the requirements, set forth in the system’s documents and to assist its implementation and development.

Performing periodic analysis of the national and standardization documents and other requirements, including the requirements for labor health and safety and environmental protection, assessment of their reflection upon the activity executed by the company, as well as continuous control for execution of all obligations, enforced by this kind of documents.
